for ur concern

im gonna write some happy post despite the feeling that im still down by flu (not the pig ones), cough and sorethroat.

my reaction was 'HAHAHA A GOOD ONE' after i heard this, i guess some of u might agreed and some of u might not. anyhow, lets see how the story goes.

there was once on this flight, not really sure whether it is a hanoi or clarke flight. there's one male passenger, obviously is too proud and arrogant by himself, using his mobile fon in the aircraft, when the aircraft is on refuelling process, and during passenger's boarding.

a steward checking the cabin, n tell the pax politely, to not use his mobile fon in the aircraft, and moreover it is in a refuelling process. once, twice, and thrice. the fella not only using a fon, but 2, on his palm, some sort of like blackberry or pda.

till the forth time instruction by the steward, the pax get abit annoyed, and still arrogant, by telling the steward that he knew he should off his fon, and a question by 'wat the fuck u can to do me, if i did not wan to off my fon?'

so, the steward smile and say 'hold on sir, there's absolutely one thing i can do to you' and walked away to the cockpit by informing the captain. without any hesitation, the captain page for security, offloaded the pax, and he had been lock up for 3 days in the country, n was ban from travelling with this airline anymore.

moral of the story is, there's no such thing as CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, when it comes to safety concious ! do not ever think that crew are stupid, dumb, fame whore, brainless or they're juz a pot to throw ur anger. because 1 thing u will have to know, if there's any emergency happens, they will be the one who safe ur ass, as they are all professionaly trained ! get it ?
