aa had juz launch new routes to tiruchirapali, india recently. and im having flu straightly inside the cabin when i operate the flight. the wonderful smell strike into my nose i cant stop but to control myself from sneezing during the service. but this is the second point of writing this post.

becoz the first point i wanted to express is I OPERATE AN OXYGEN BOTTLE for the first time ! of course not for myself la im not having nosestuck until difficulty in breathing yo ! thing happens when me n the leading crew were in aft galley n plan to eat where by the aft crew are doing merchandise sales.

when all the foods are well prepared on the galley top n the moment i wanna scope it, passengers calling by chiming the call button. so the 'abit upset' me attend the call as in the pax wanted to order foods or anything la. the moment i approach the seat i saw a small crowd there n im a lil bit prepared that something bad must be happen.

i added my footsteps n i saw an middle age malay lady who sitting on the window seat is jerking here n there. straighat at the moment i shouted for backup in the hope of my set crew will come n help me. i meant i really shouted "BACK UP BACK UP" (now think back damn embarassing wei) as per stated in our first aid policies. according to the patient's husband, his wife is having high fever in india n now felt abit fainting n difficulty in breathing.

then leading n engineer came to me with a bottle of oxygen bottle and other crew page for doctor n inform captain accordingly. after remove the tudung of the lady n laid her down, suddenly there's 1039482 doctors come to identify themself n offer to render help for the lady. after examine, this doctor said the lady is hypoglacemia, that doctor advise to give some sweet drinks but the husband said his wife doesn't have any diabetic problems -.-

so talked to the patient n she agreed us to render oxygen instead of the idea that doctors given. luckily the engineer n leading was there to help me, everything go accordingly n she's ok after that.

operation of oxygen bottle is very easy n familiar in my brain, but when it comes to situation, u tends to place the cups for ur own rather than the patient coz u're panic n the tension of crowd is looking at u to perform. luckily everything was fine, i had compliment from the doctors saying that im calm n skillful enough to attend such a situation. but indeed, im nearly go fainting together with the patient already.

after that, i felt so full to continue my lunch i duno y. one thing good about india flight is, there will be alot of doctors onboard the flight. and i gain new experience on the first india flight i operate. kudos !
